Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ‘taking the throne’ would ‘end the monarchy’

Author Douglas Murray says if Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were to take the throne one day, it would "end the monarchy in one fell swoop".
Mr Murray spoke to Sky News Australia host Rita Panahi about the Queen's "most extraordinary reign".
"I do think that there's going to be quite a seismic shock in the years to come whenever it is that she passes," he said.
Mr Murray continued to say he thinks the royal family "is very secure in the next two generations".
"Obviously, that's assuming that Prince Charles takes the throne, followed by Prince William, and there isn't any terrible disaster followed by Prince Harry and Meghan obviously taking the throne, which we can all agree would end the Monarchy in one fell swoop," he said.
