Sky News Political Reporter Tom Connell says Labor playing “dead” in the seat of Kooyong is part of their “ploy” to defeat Treasurer Josh Frydenberg.

Mr Connell said Labor knows it “can’t win” the seat of Kooyong on its own.

“We’re seeing a win from Monique Ryan because she’s finishing ahead of Labor and she is better able to harness that progressive vote, including from the Greens, in that particular seat,” Mr Connell said.
