Shadow Home Affairs Minister Kristina Keneally says Scott Morrison is a prime minister who “creates division” wherever he goes.

“We need a leader that’s going to work with premiers whether they’re Labor or Liberal, that’s going to unite the country,” Ms Keneally told Sky News Australia.
