Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan says Taylor Budowich “might just be the world’s worst communications director ever”.

Mr Budowich, who is Donald Trump’s Director of Communications, recently took aim at Mr Morgan in a tweet relating to aspects of the interview with the former US President.

Budowich had tweeted: “This is a pathetic attempt to use President Trump as a way to revive the career of a failed television host.”

Mr Morgan said, “judging by our stunning ratings last night in the UK alone … and the astonishing global reaction, I wouldn’t say it was pathetic, nor would I categorise it as failure”.

“But Ironically those words could be used to describe Mr Budowich.”

Mr Morgan said Budowich has proven “himself woefully and hilariously incapable of even stopping an interview”.
