Former US President Donald Trump would win the GOP primary if he chooses to run in 2024, says Republican Senator Lindsey Graham.

"If he runs he would win the primary," Mr Graham told Sky News Political reporter Tom Connell.

Senator Graham is part of a bipartisan delegation of American senators and congressmen who have arrived in Australia to flesh out how the new AUKUS alliance can best be utilised to push back against China in the Pacific region.
