Sky News host Jenna Clarke says there were "stark differences" between Prime Minister Scott Morrison and Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese as the election campaign began.
"Albo decided to exhaust the reporters by standing up there for 30 minutes and taking every single question that he could under the sun," Ms Clarke told Sky News host Sharri Markson.
"Whereas Morrison was very tight on his points and the fact that, you know, 'we have been strong economic managers through a pandemic, through bushfires and also through floods - we'll keep you in jobs, and we'll just keep this ship steady as she goes'."
