Spiked magazine chief political writer Brendan O’Neill says it was “surprising” to see Prince Andrew accompanying the Queen at Prince Philip’s memorial service, given the scandals he has been involved in recently.

“She was sending a very clear signal that in her view everything is finished and he’s forgiven,” he told Sky News host Rowan Dean.
