DUBLIN, Ireland - This weekend, the first properties pledged by Irish people to aid Ukrainian refugees will be put to use. More than 20,000 offers of accommodation have been made through the Irish Red Cross so far. Only 2,000 of these pledges are for vacant homes, the rest being for shared housing. Roderic O'Gorman, the Minister for Children, said that a "small number" of pledges for vacant propert
