DUBLIN, Ireland: Non-EU doctors who have worked in Ireland for at least two years will now be able to work without preconditions, and also their spouses will be able to permanently work in Ireland.The announcement was jointly made by Irish Minister of Justice Helen McEntee and Minister of Health Stephen Donnelly, in which work arrangements and immigration permits will be made available to doctors from outside t
