Pharma giant Eli Lilly to build $450 million factory in Ireland

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana: U.S. pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly has announced that it will build a major manufacturing plant in Limerick that will employ 300 people.The cost of construction will be $450 million, said company officials.The factory is to be located in the Raheen Business Park. Plans call for construction to begin in late 2022, with the plant begining operations in 2025 or early 2026.Ed
