The police in the parish of Westmoreland are asking members of the public for their assistance in locating a man who is now considered to be a person of Interest, and who is believed to linked to a number of criminal activities in the parish. He has been identified as Mark Phillips, otherwise called ‘ Frog Heart’, unemployed of Carawina district in Petersfield, Westmoreland. Phillips has been linked to the murder of two brothers in the community last week, and he is being asked to turn himself over to the Savanna-la-Mar Criminal Investigation Branch by 6:00pm, on Tuesday, January 11.…
