15 Jordie Barrett - Error-free game and good under the high ball. Not much room for anything else. Sound but no fireworks. Rating: 6
14 Will Jordan - Involved in one of the few first half breaks. Dropped a second half pass but scored following up from his own kick. Rating: 7
13 Rieko Ioane - Forward pass late denied them a try but decent defensive game and follow up on Jordan kick for second half try. Rating: 6
12 Anton Lienert-Brown - For the time he was on had no space to attack as Ireland dominated play. A tackling game and not much more. Rating: 5
11 Sevu Reece - Didn’t see any clean ball in the first half. Missed a pass to Barrett and threw another into touch late in the game. Rating: 5
10 Beauden Barrett - Didn’t get the time or space to pull the strings before going off with a head injury. One attempted kick through blocked. Rating: 5
9 TJ Perenara - Busy as always but not allowed any space by Ireland and as a result was didn’t really impact the match. Rating: 5
8 Ardie Savea - Not as impactful as Conan was for Ireland. Heavily involved in All Black defence but a pass or two went astray. Rating: 6
7 Dalton Papalli -Great break from a first half lineout to put Taylor through to score. Busy tackling game and stopped Conan in the second half. Rating: 8
6 Ethan Blackadder - Turned over Sexton well in the first half but went off and came back and could not outplay Doris. Rating: 5
5 Samuel Whitelock - Typical all-action tackling and high work rate. Henderson was more forceful and a few lineouts astray. Rating: 6
4 Brodie Retallick - Low wattage from a high-watt player. Great first half work but second string to the Irish pack. Rating: 5
3 Nepo Laulala - Handling error lead to Irish lineout five metres out and ultimately to the Doris try. Scrum issue early on. Rating: 5
2 Codie Taylor- Yellow card for first half tackle on Sexton and missed Doris for Irish try but ran a good line off Papalli his try. Rating: 5
1 Joe Moody - Had scrum issues early on and was stepped by Ringrose in the first half. Tackle count high for the defensive first half. Rating: 5
Coach Ian Foster - New Zealand were vastly outplayed for Ireland and rarely got into the game. Their scores came from individual efforts but no sustained pressure. Rating: 4
Replacements - The replacements made little difference to an Irish side that struggled to score in the first half despite huge possession and territory - 160 tackles to 37 from Ireland. Overall, little impact. Rating: 4
