Sky News US contributor Michael Ware says a new poll suggests Kamala Harris is possibly the most unpopular vice president in history.

“We see that only 28 per cent of Americans approve of the job she’s doing,” Mr Ware told Sky News Australia.

“She’s less popular than the ever polarising former vice president Dick Cheney who was seen as the architect of the Iraq War.

“After five years of combat deaths he still polled 30 per cent approval. And that’s even after he accidentally shot his mate in the face while hunting.

“What does that tell you about poor Vice President Harris?”
