Everyone in a James Bay apartment building is believed to safe after a fire in the complex Monday morning.Acting Victoria Fire Chief Dan Atkinson said multiple 911 calls were received about 8 a.m. for the blaze at 118 Menzies St.He said there were “heavy and challenging” fire conditions in the suite where the flames started.More to comejbell@timescolonist.com
