Housing minister Richard Frederick on Tuesday made some eye-opening and damning revelations regarding the operations of the national housing corporation (NHC). During a report to the house of assembly, the Castries central MP raised questions about an alleged arrangement between the NHC, the previous government and a well-known construction company.
