A YOUNG motorist received a “salutary lesson” regarding changing over car insurance at Kilmallock Court. Jamie Carey, aged 21, of Tankardstown North, Kilmallock pleaded guilty to no insurance and using a false instrument. Sergeant Martin Concannon gave evidence of stopping Mr Carey at 12.20pm on Mar
