Texans Get Front Row Seat to Bezos’s Blue Origin Rocket Launch

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and three passengers, including Bezos’s brother and the youngest and oldest astronauts to ever travel into space, boarded the New Shepard rocket for its first human flight on Tuesday morning, July 20, in Van Horn, Texas. Footage shows the rocket’s successful launch and landing as seen from the ground in West Texas. Bezos was joined by his brother, Mark, by 82-year-old Wally Funk, and by 18-year-old Oliver Daemen.
