Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says Prime Minister Scott Morrison doesn’t want to own the issue of quarantine.
“Who would want to? Whenever there is an outbreak, there’s a leak from one of those facilities,” Mr Clennell said.
“And that’s the whole problem with the pandemic this whole way through – the blame game.”
Western Australia Premier Mark McGowan lead calls for quarantine to be the responsibility of the federal government, after a few cases emerged from a Perth hotel.
