Boris Johnson attracts bad press after ‘bodies pile high’ comment

about 3 years in news

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has denied extraordinary allegations he would prefer to “let the bodies pile high in their thousands” than impose a third lockdown on the United Kingdom.

On the campaign trail in Wales 10 days out from an election the prime minister and senior members of Britain’s conservative party have also been rejecting corruption claims.

Opposition Leader Sir Keir Starmer said “day after day there are new allegations of sleaze, of favours, of privileged access”.
