‘This is the weirdest story I read about COVID over the weekend’ Murray

A story about shame and stigma barriers in relation to COVID-19 testing is an “absolute bag of nonsense” amid the collection of other stories about the virus, says Sky News host Paul Murray.
The article - in The Age - said there were barriers behind why people who were young or culturally diverse didn’t get tested for COVID-19 in 2020.
“Seriously? Like I know the Q-tip they put down your throat is white but what’s racist about COVID testing?” Mr Murray said.
“Apparently shame and stigma around contracting COVID-19 is fueling the hesitancy for people to get tested for the virus – particularly strong among migrant communities or young people?
“That’s the weirdest story I read about COVID over the weekend.”
