Big Brother has ‘taken over our lives’ Alan Jones

Sky News host Alan Jones says "Australia has succumbed to an extraordinary erosion of fundamental freedoms" as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, saying "Big Brother has taken over our lives".

"I raised last night, the looming threat of vaccine passports, where, if you are not vaccinated, shops could prevent you from entering unless you produce the passport," he said.

"There are suggestions, here and in America, that some businesses will require customers or workers to have proof of vaccination.

"I make the point again tonight that in the last 15 months, Big Brother has taken over our lives. We have succumbed to an extraordinary erosion of fundamental freedoms.

"Big Brother may be coming after us again. Mandatory masks and vaccine passports. I ask you, are we going to roll over or fight?"
