ABC chose the ‘holiest day’ for majority of Australians to release polling on God

Sky News host Paul Murray says it is a wonder if the ABC has the guts to conduct polling on religion on the holy days of other religions like it did with Easter for Christians.

Mr Murray pointed to recent polling published by the ABC on Sunday in which it asked people whether they believed in God, and if they believed Jesus Christ was resurrected.

“You would think that today of all days would be a type of occasion when the so-called national broadcaster would simply tell the story of the majority of people of what they did today,” he said.

“Instead they showed polling about the existence of God.

“Would these people have the balls to ask questions like this during Ramadan?”

“The balls of these people who obviously don’t believe in God. But to choose the holiest of days for the majority of the country to put polling out there about whether you believe in God or not.”
