Sky News host Alan Jones says he is never sure we are “always told the truth” in relation to the vaccination program.

“We are down to 83rd on the international vaccination timetable,” Mr Jones said.

“I don’t know what is meant by ‘universal vaccinations’ by October, but it certainly won’t be universal given that many Australians are vaccine resistant".

"Nonetheless there is the very real prospect, if you are to believe the experts - and I've lost faith in some of them I have to tell you - they are saying that without vaccination we will remain vulnerable to the virus and therefore could face border closures by state governments."
