Coroners inquest ordered in 2020 stabbing
over 4 years in TT News day
THE DIRECTOR of Public Prosecutions ordered a coroners inquest into the death of Marlon Joseph a man who was fatally stabbed in St Anns last May.
A 34-year-old man who was detained on February 12 for the stabbing incident was released as a result. The DPP gave the advice on Tuesday.
In May 2020, Joseph got into a fight with anothe man at about 12.45 pm on Ariapita Road, St Ann’s.
Joseph, 42, was stabbed in the neck with a broken glass bottle. Another man was stabbed in his left forearm, while trying to separate he fight.
