Ireland have announced their 36-man squd for the upcoming Six Nations tournament, with Jacob Stockdale a notable absentee.
The Ireland head coach, Andy Farrell, said Ulster back Stockdale would “not be available to us” after suffering a knee injury against Munster on 2 January. Farrell has selected uncapped duo Craig Casey (scrum-half) and Tom O’Toole (prop). Leinster back-row Rhys Ruddock, who has not featured for Ireland since the 2019 World Cup quarter-final defeat to the All Blacks, has been recalled. Continue reading...
