North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP say they found no evidence of sexual assaults outside Cowichan District Hospital.
Police conducted an extensive look into third-party reports of sexual assaults in the area between Nov. 2 and 17.
Despite a thorough investigation, no evidence was found to support the allegations, RCMP said.
