After a surge in COVID-19 cases in June, Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey closed bars, restaurants, gyms, movie theaters and water parks. Now Arizona is in the midst of a second surge, and there are fewer restrictions in place. Health experts weigh whether more drastic restrictions are needed.
