Starc, coming off a long run, resplendent in grass green and yellow with a strange wide collared yoke, bowls a wide first ball. He continues wide of off stump for much of the over, Buttler gets off the mark with a shuffle wide of midwicket and Bairstow shifts his last ball through the covers for a boundary.
