A waterspout was seen off the coast of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on August 21. Footage taken by Robert Grandstaff shows it swirling over the Atlantic Ocean. Local meteorologist Tim Buckley tweeted about the waterspout, noting it did not come ashore.
