Julie Donaldson left a good job as a reporter and anchor for NBC Sports Washington to become a vice president with Washington's NFL Team, an organization reeling from a sexual harassment scandal. The job carries immense responsibility for someone who has never been in management before but Donaldson, who went through a horrible domestic violence incident years ago, believes she can use that experience to help other women at the team and also change the culture in a place in desperate need of a new start.
