Canadian banks to fill 3.5 per cent of top roles with Black employees

Bank of Nova Scotia and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce have agreed to hit the 3.5 per cent target within five years and other measures, such as hiring at least five per cent of their student workforce from the Black community.
