Cricket West Indies has paid tribute to Sir Everton Weekes following his death at the age of 95.
Weekes was one of the famous “Three Ws” along with Sir Clyde Walcott and Sir Frank Worrell, who made Test debuts within weeks of each other in 1948. Weekes, who scored scored 4,455 runs in 48 Tests, received his knighthood in 1995. Continue reading...
