With traditional Canada Day celebrations on hold due to the global pandemic, the Belleville Chamber of Commerce held an appreciation drive-by to thank hospital and nursing/retirement workers. Twenty community vehicles made their way throughout the city, ending up at Jane Forrester Park where Mayor Mitch Panciuk and other dignitaries handed out apprecation certificates. BRUCE BELL
