Morrison preferred PM over Albanese 58 26 Newspoll

Scott Morrison is the preferred prime minister up two points leading Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese 58 to 26 according to the latest Newspoll.

Both the Coalition and Labor’s primary vote remains steady at 42 and 35 respectively, while the Greens recorded 11 per cent and One Nation three per cent.

“Remember if you have a four in front of it you win an Australian election,” according to Sky News host Pauly Murray.
The prime minister’s personal approval rating is up two points to 68 while his disapproval sits at 27.
