Territory Alliance backflips on gas fracking stance

Territory Alliance leader Terry Mills has been accused of backflipping after his party announced it would ban onshore gas fracking if it won the NT election.
Mr Mills, who was previously the Chief Minister representing the Country Liberal Party, previously strongly supported onshore gas fracking in the Northern Territory.
The decision comes on the back of polling by the Lock the Gate which found 86 per cent of participants were opposed to onshore gas fracking in the Northern Territory.
