‘Appalled and sickened’ UK stabbing declared a terror incident

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson says he is ‘appalled and sickened' after three people were killed in a stabbing rampage in Reading west of London which has since been declared as a terror-related incident.
A 25-year-old Libyan national is being questioned by police over the suspected murders, with the prime minister insisting the police will figure out exactly what happened.
Three people were wounded in the attack.
