Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has seen an increase in popularity during the COVID-19 crisis, after being named one of Australia’s least popular leaders.

A Courier Mail YouGov poll revealed satisfaction with her performance is up from 29 per cent to 49 per cent.

Ms Palaszczuk has been criticised throughout the COVID-19 pandemic for indicating Queensland's borders might not be reopened until September.
