The Sûreté du Québec is investigating the death of a Campbell’s Bay resident, following what police say was an accidental drowning late Thursday night. Pierre Normandeau, 66, is believed to have fallen into the Ottawa River from Rue Second at around 10:30 p.m. His body was recovered shortly after midnight.
