NT celebrates lockdown lift, borders to remain closed

The Northern Territory has sprung back to life with hundreds of people visiting cafes and markets after restrictions were lifted, but the chief minister has told Sky News there are no immediate plans to open its borders.
The economy also received a much needed boost as 3,000 people returned to work.
