Activists ‘exploit coronavirus panic’ to push for the release of asylum seekers

No fines were issued after activists organised a rally to protest against keeping illegal immigrants in asylum centres, Sky News host Paul Murray says.
Mr Murray said “this is all about the ongoing campaign to get people out of immigration detention despite the fact they have broken the law or been rejected by our courts”.
“There is not a single example of coronavirus that exists anywhere in the detention system”.
However the Brisbane Times reported “immigration detention in cramped conditions … are ripe for disaster”.
