Who is popular today?

This Friday, the union flag will fly outside the head office of Westminster City Council in central London to mark VE day. Below, the normally cacophonous streets remain quiet. But it is more important than ever that this year, people look up, see that flag and are once again reminded of the incredible contribution and sacrifice of our armed forces.
