Sky News host Paul Murray says although traditional celebrations were unable to go ahead, this year’s ANZAC day was one of “those moments where we were bonded” as a nation.

Many Australians on Saturday took to their drive ways and shared a moment with their neighbours as they commemorated the past and current Australian and New Zealand soldiers.

Mr Murray said this ANZAC Day was “perhaps the most moving” he had experienced as it was such a “magical moment in Australia”.

“Very few moments genuinely bind a population together”.
