Aussies seem ‘to be getting back out and about in public’

Sky News host Chris Kenny says he has noticed Australians have been “getting out and about” in public in recent days as the coronavirus curve continues to flatten in the nation.
“From my observations in the neighbourhood and driving to work and back, is that people are just getting out and about a bit more anyway,” Mr Kenny said.
“They are not breaking the rules in big numbers I wouldn't think, but I reckon there are more people in the streets and on the roads than a week ago”.
Mr Kenny said he thought the signs have been “very promising” as the number of confirmed coronavirus cases continues to remain low.
He said, while “no one wants a major outbreak,” people’s jobs, sanity and livelihoods can be saved if restrictions are lifted and we can “start getting back to some sort of normality”.
“We actually have to pick up the speed”.
“Schools are the best place to start” as “there is no good reason, no medical reason, schools shouldn't be open for all students five days a week, next week," Mr Kenny said.
