US media think press briefings are ‘for their pleasure, glorification, and praise’

US President Donald Trump has once again hit back at biased media organisations for criticising his level of response to the coronavirus, and the "meltdown from CNN was delicious" says Outsiders host Rita Panahi.
It comes as the president has faced criticism for his response to the spread of the deadly coronavirus pandemic throughout the nation and not taking measures earlier to mitigate the threat.
NSW One Nation leader Mark Latham told Sky News host Paul Murray at "the end of the day, it's his media briefings," but the media has such a "proprietorial view of the way politics should happen".
"They think everything is set up for them, for their pleasure, for their glorification, for their praise".
