London MP Sir Keir Starmer has been elected as the leader of the Labour party in the United Kingdom with Angela Rayner as his deputy.

The shadow Brexit secretary will replace Jeremy Corbyn after beating opponents Rebecca Long-Bailey and Lisa Nandy.
