Nanaimo RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating 23-year-old Jacobus Knox. He was reported missing on Tuesday, and his family is concerned for his safety. He is known to frequent the area of Dickinson and Dover roads. Knox is described as white, five-foot-11 and 132 pounds with blue eyes, red shoulder-length hair and a red beard.
