Tribunal refuses to throw out charges against ex British Cycling doctor

The tribunal panel hearing the case against the former British Cycling and Team Sky doctor, Richard Freeman, have dismissed a submission from his lawyer to have the remaining charges thrown out.
QC Mary O’Rourke had argued there was insufficient evidence to proceed with charges brought by the General Medical Council that Dr Freeman ordered testosterone to British Cycling headquarters in 2011 knowing or believing it was to be given to an athlete for doping purposes. Continue reading...
