This time, it spoiled the vote on his Brexit deal.
On Saturday, Parliament approved an amendment, 322 to 306, that basically forced Johnson to ask for a Brexit delay. And it foiled what should have been a dramatic vote on the prime minister’s new Brexit deal by effectively postponing that decision.
