Christopher Cardinale is an artist and muralist in New York City whose work is inspired by social justice movements. He illustrated the graphic novel Mr Mendoza’s Paintbrush by Luis Alberto Urrea and the award-winning children’s book Which Side Are You On? The Story of a Song by George Ella Lyon. He is currently working on a graphic novel about Dorothy Day, a journalist and prominent human rights activist.
