John Theodore "Theo" Rossi (born June 4, 1975) is an American actor and producer best known for his portrayal of Juan Carlos "Juice" Ortiz on the FX series Sons of Anarchy, and Hernan "Shades" Alvarez in Luke Cage.Rossi was born in Staten Island, New York City, New York. Growing up, he loved to ride dirt bikes.
